At SouthSide Jewelers, every piece we create is custom-made with precision and care to fit the individual customer. Due to the personalized nature of our grillz and jewelry, all sales are final. Each item is crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold, reused, or resized for another customer.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

However, we understand that sometimes the fit or final result may not meet your expectations. In such cases, SouthSide Jewelers may, at our sole discretion, offer adjustments, modifications, or partial/full refunds. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation and the nature of the issue.

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can review your concerns and determine the best possible solution.

Remakes

• Fit issues from incorrect molds require a paid remake.

Damaged Items

• Report within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• Must be returned with all contents and in original packaging for assessment.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customer covers return shipping.
